WHAT ARE THE RUGS MADE OF?
All rugs are woven with 100% cotton yarn and either 100% cotton or leather strips.
HOW DO I CARE FOR MY RUG?
Rugs can be shaken out to remove surface dust and dirt.
Cotton rugs up to 3’ x 12’ in size are machine washable. Wash in warm water with regular detergent and lay flat to dry. Do not use bleach or fabric softener. Spots can be treated with a pre-wash spray.
Rugs larger than 3' x 12' must be professionally cleaned.
Leather rugs are not machine washable. They can be wiped down with a damp cloth or sponge.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO SHIP?
If the rug is in stock we will ship it right away (1-3 days).
If it is not in stock we will ship it in 2-4 weeks to allow for weaving.
HOW DO YOU SHIP?
Shipping charges will be determined at check out. We ship using USPS PRIORITY, UPS STANDARD, FedEx STANDARD with tracking.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Rugs can be returned within 30 days in original condition. Customer is responsible for return shipping.
WHAT IS YOUR EXCHANGE POLICY?
You can only exchange for a rug of the same size. If interested in a different size, you will need to return the first rug and purchase the other rug of a different size.
